Unique Citizen brand

I was in love with this watch and I finally have it with me, I am a little disappointed because it seems used, it arrived without the glass protections that watches usually bring, it did not come with the guarantee certificate or the user manual, all that I have bought previously they bring this. It seems suspicious to me that he is not bringing them
