This so the ugliest watch I have ever come across. This watch looks like for a new born baby’s I’m returning it. I will never recommend

Excellent value

I really like this watch. It's practical, easy to read, and has a comfortable band and feel on the wrist. The links are a bit tricky to remove for re-sizing, but the Macy's staff handled this well. Just wish it was the Citizen's eco drive.

Bad, bad, bad. Don't purchase.

Instructions could have been included since the correct date was not on the watch & I didn't know how to put it in. Also, the watched completely stopped working on 07/23/2021 (I received it 02/12/2021). I'm stuck with a beautiful watch that DOESN'T WORK. I've bought 2 watches as gifts since. I'm ashamed for what will happen with them. Will never buy jewelry from you again. I would have given you zero stars if I could.
