Not good

I don't know if I was sent the wrong necklace or if the quality is bad. The necklace I received barely looked like the provided pictures online. The citrine looked either washed out or like dull CZs and the necklace was already tarnished. Very disappointing as the necklace had the potential to be beautiful. I returned it right away.
