used and bent

as soon as I took it out of the package I could tell that it had already been used because it had several scratches on it and dent marks. I went ahead and put it together anyway because I was still going to use it and the frame was bent and crooked could not be used. I'm angry that they wasted my time sending me this it was heavy and a very difficult process for me to set up just to take it back down again and package it and take to the UPS store

Dissatisfied.

Dissatisfied. Bed frame looks like a returned item. Scratches and dents throughout. I assume it was put together then disassembled. The bag was torn so a nut & bolt fell out. Box arrived with holes, so I'm surprised they're even still in the box. I'll soon see if all the parts arrived as I work blindly to put it together since no instructions were sent... no papers whatsoever, not even a label. This is my first time assembling this type bed frame, but I'm sure I'll manage. I'm not paying return costs so this is as far as my fussing will go.
