I received used shoes

I wasn't able to try the shoes on. The box was damaged the shoes are scratched and used. I payed full price for these shoes and I expect a better costumer service from Macy's. I am very disappointed.

Stinky insoles

I bought this highly recommended brand for my new career at the airport, as I am on my feet and walking for 8hrs. My feet have never smelled !! Yet, the smell that comes out of the Clarks insoles is repulsive. They should definitely rethink the material used inside their shoes. It delivers comfort but certainly not sweat factor. My colleagues experience the same issue ! Will never buy another pair

Comfortable heels and style is also good just a little awkwardly round front but i can walk in these without any complaints.

Delivered a retun item

The shoes is ok but they delivered one that looks like a return from other customers. The straps were unhooked and the cardboard inserts that keeps the shoes in form were all over the box. whoever person who shipped the shoes did not check..I'm disappointed on this one. By the way I ordered 6 different clark dress shoes.
