I ordered this black Clark shoes online, but I got the shoes was not the color yours website showed, I received black top with white sole shoes. I went to store returned & ordered again also told rep to make sure these shoes should be top and sole all black. However the 2nd time I received the same (white soles). I returned again, And ordered again (specifically mentioned I want the shoes all black) In a few days I received my order, never believed third time I still received the same shoes (white soles) Could anyone explain . Thanks!

Lack of QA

It’s bad enough that the stores carry next to no inventory and everything must be ordered. Went through the trouble, waited and was sent the wrong size shoes. Requiring yet another trip to the store. No apology from customer service whatsoever. I have almost no desire to shop Macy’s anymore.
