Excellent Shoe: Awful Packaging Thus Returning

Returning solely because of poor packaging. Inside shoe had visible pilling, as if someone wore with socks. Also, packaging was obviously haphazard: just thrown in box. Interestingly, I had order a second pair, and the packaging was immaculate!!! I guess it depends on the warehouse it came from. The good package came from NY. Otherwise, the shoe is of the highest quality and it's very comfortable and I kept the good pair. Of note, 99% of my shoes (work and leisure) is Clark's. This was just poor handling of item. Macy's should instruct their warehouses on respecting the merchandise they handle.

Great for previously injured foot

Due to severe nerve damage in my right foot, I had to wear a cast for nine weeks followed by a couple of months of physical therapy. I need a nice supportive walking shoe. This one works well.

Don't bother with these..

I haven't had this pair of shoes for over a month. The bottom heel sole came apart. They are unsafe to wear. I'm unable to return them. Don't waste your money.

Not a lot of cushion in front of shoe very uncomfortable on ball of foot. Wish I. Had kept box I would return only worn 2 times.
