Very disappointed in Macy's at White Marsh and Tow

If Macy's was closer, i would shop there more. But since they closed Harford Mall, I won't be there nor shop at Macy's hardly at all, except for my Clinique

No liquid eyeliner that smudges.

There is no liquid in this eyeliner. It is dry. I just returned 2 that I purchased because it was dry.

It was hard to open

The top was hard to open, the liner broke constantly when using. I have never complained about anything I have ordered. But I would like a replacement.

Awesome!

Ok so I bought this eyeliner thinking I will try it, but not going to get to excited. I did read all the reviews with negative and positive reviews. I received it in a few days, and applied it in the afternoon. When getting ready for bed that night while cleaning my face I decided not to remove the eyeliner which still looked great. I have dry eyes and use a ointment at night because of it. When I woke up In the morning it was still in place on my upper eyelid and some still on my lower lids with no smudging at all. I’m so happy with this product it will definitely be my go to for now on. I think I’ve tried every smudge proof eyeliner around even the liquid and was never this happy with any of them. Thank you Lancôme!
