Product does not come out of the tube

I have ordered Clinique de-puffing eye massage before and reordered on May 22, 2025, but something is wrong with this tube. The product will not come out! I have tried everything with no results! What do I do; it is just a small product!?

The best to fight under-eye puffiness

All About Eyes De-Puffing Eye Massage is the only product I will use under my eyes because it actually takes the puffiness under my eyes that I wake up with each morning. It works! I have tried other products but wear by this one. It is clear and doesn't show. I can apply my eye make-up without any problems. Occasionally I use a little on the upper inner corner area.

Doesn’t burn

I’m in the fence about it. It doesn’t come out heavy so you can’t tell if it’s actually applied to your under eye. The positive is: it doesn’t burn. Most eye serums burn the bags under my eyes. This one doesn’t.

Faulty Dispensee

The product will not dispense. I’ve tried several attempts and quite a lot of time trying to get the product to dispense from the roller ball, but it does not. I can get the roller ball to move, but the product is not getting on the roller ball. I’ve had plenty of eye serums with this type of design and have never had this problem. For the price, would expect the dispenser to be a lot better. I’m going to have to return this because I can’t even get to the product.
