Beware when ordering!

I never leave reviews because of laziness, however I ought to share my frustrating experience with ordering this product. Not really about the product itself, as my mom uses it and I was ordering another one for her. First of all it arrived through doordash carrier...which is really odd and I was not prepared for. Inside the box I found the item without it's original packaging (no packaging at all), just the bottle, and the amount of remaining product inside shows that it's been partially used. Additionally, outside the bottle is noticeably tacky. I contacted Macy's, the first associate shut down my chat without further addressing my issue. The second associate offered either to resend the item or refund me. As I needed to give this to my mom, I requested them to resend. They told me to wait 48 hours for a confirmation and that it should be sent through expedited shipping. Its's been two weeks since, and I have received neither a confirmation or the product at all. Unacceptable.
