Frustrating Return Experience at Clinique Counter

Today I had a terrible experience with a sales associate at the Clinique counter in Macy’s at 55 Parsonage Rd, Edison, NJ 08837. I ordered several Clinique items online 25 days ago, including the Clinique wrinkle correcting serum, with some discounts and free gifts included. When I went to return two of the items, the associate refused to process the return, saying I also needed to return the free gift, even though it was valued at $0. She even pulled up my order and incorrectly claimed it was from last year, even though I had just ordered it 25 days ago! To make matters worse, she tried to refund me at the cheaper price, even though I was returning the higher-priced items. I had to point out the $37 difference myself—and she didn’t seem to care at all. The whole experience was stressful and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed with the service and her attitude.

I'm loving the new skin I'm in....

i was looking for a night time serum that shows fresh, clear skin with little wrinkles and so far it seems to be doing a lot...My lines look minimal and skin looks smoother, renewed... i love the results so far.

Error in purchase.

I wanted Even Better Tonic but the store don’t have it stock, so the sales lady recommended this Smart Clinic Repair which was a duplicate of what I have in a jar. Now I don’t have any brown spot prevention tonic which I used for years.
