I believe the foundation is geared toward those who tend to have oily complexions. My complexion is average, not oily and the foundation felt drying like it was pulling the moisture from the skin making my face feel tight.

Asked to review, but order is lost

I haven’t received this order as it appears to be lost. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they refused to consider until after an additional 48 hours. It’s so insulting to be asked to give a review when I haven’t received the product and have had my request for a refund denied. This isn’t a product that can only be purchased at Macy’s—I’ll buy it elsewhere from now on as I will no longer shop at Macy’s.
