Cheaply made

Macys furniture quality has gone down. I’ve had this couch for a year. The cusion started fading within 3 months. Outlook broke within 1, now the head rest is fading and it has not been a year. Macys refuses to repair or replace when it is clearly a defect. Leather should not fade within a year
