Missing Cushion

I ordered this chair with cushion, it came without it. Called Macy's CS they said they'll ship the missing part and I should get it within 7 days. It's now almost 3 weeks and I still don't have it. The product is ok, customer service is not reliable.

Nice looking sturdy chair.

Well made looks nice. Nice neutral cushion color. Chair comfortable. (The only slight disappointment is that the cushion cover does not have a zipper.)

An Elegant Seat

The graceful arc of the legs is very attractive and the design on the back of the chair looks elegant.. The multi-layer finish with the edges showing an antique copper tone makes the chairs look very high end. The cast aluminum is heavy enough to be stable, yet light enough to move easily around the patio area.

Great buy!

Beautiful patio dinning set with a great sense of style...light weight and easy to move around. Two chairs arrived slightly damaged but Macy’s promptly replaced! I appreciated that...would definitely add more pieces.
