Very bad quality

Very unhappy with this purchase. I got the set of two and they are not comfortable couches at all. Seats are very hard, feels like you are sitting on a rock, also two low. The color is different from the picture. I called to return them and the costumer service was horrible. Spoke to three different people and they neither will return them nor discount them because it’s been nine days since I got them even though I called as soon as we unpacked them tonight. It doesn’t say anywhere that the time frame for returns is three days only. I have been a Macy’s customer for a long time but I am so disappointed now. I will never buy anything this expensive from Macy’s anymore. Now I have to live with couches I don’t like and I am not comfortable with. BIG disappointment. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
