Buy Dalyn brand when on sale

Dalyn is my favorite brand. I bought the mocha color which sold out over a weekend at 50% off. The rug had one deeper line straight across, but it evened out after three weeks of walking on it. Rug was packaged well when shipped.

Only good if you don’t walk on it!

When I received this rug, I inspected it and all looked fine. We wrapped it back up, and waited to use it until our remodel project was completed, which was about an additional 30 days. We used it for about two weeks before some of the fibers started coming out of the edge binding in several places. You guessed it, I am now passed my 30 day return window and nothing can be done about it. It is a beautiful rug to look at, just not to put your feet on.

Frays and wears poorly

This rug is so poorly made, it already has worn spots and it is only five months old. We are totally disappointed as it is not in a area that get a lot of foot traffic at all. It will need replacing soon. It was beautiful to look at..for a few weeks. Unbelievable!

Love this Rug!

I have 3 of these rugs, one in mocha for our den one in teal for kids bedroom and one in spice for guest bedroom. Excellent quality. I love how I can get different colors to be different, yet be cohesive with the same style. I wish they had a runner size.

Beware online rug purchases!

What can I say, except that we ordered the navy rug, 9x13, and it isn't Navy at all. It says Navy on the order form, on the shipping box, and on the rug, but it's a medium blue -- almost a light blue. Since it's so big, i'd have to hire someone with a truck to return it -- Oh, and for further disappointment, the white and black yarn running through the rug, as per the description -- instead of being muted and a nice feature, is overdone -- so much so that this looks live a very large bathroom throw rug. the delivery was fine, and i'm not blaming Macy's -- but they've been badly served by their supplier.
