the handle sticks putting down

It's a lovely carry; however, since its first use, the handle sticks putting down, and you have to jiggle it so it goes all the way down; it is very annoying and frustrating because I travel a lot, and I was hoping this carry on would last for longer without any issues. My return window is closed now and I did not know about the issue because I did not travel within the first month I bought it.

Nice but flawed

Great suitcase; however, the handle sticks putting down and you have to jiggle it so it goes all the way down. Frustrating! Hoping I can return it for a new one even though past 30 days. Just bought in March. Used it twice!

I had my last Delsey set 17 years

Very light and well built. Removable and washable liners. If adding to an older set, they are not as long but are deeper. Incase you store the smaller pieces of luggage inside the other. Built in scale on large size luggage.

Love this carry on

Love this carry on. Unfortunately, I gave it a 4 because the online order of the blue color version handle had difficulties going up and down. Went into Macy's to exchange, for a new blue carry on, but the handle was also sticking. So I had to choose the grey version and it works like a charm. Its very spacious as I only travel with a carry on, no matter where Im going. LOL
