Cushion Failure - Recliner Failure Really Problem?

This sofa recieved a 1 star review as cushions sunk in within one month of use by an existing customer. This customer also reported a recliner malfunction. Is this a one time issue or an issue for all sofas sectionals and loves seats sold? If across the board problem, will Macy's pull the product line and stop selling until cushion failures and recliner failures are resolved?

Does not hold up

We received this in mid February and the cushion is already sunken in. In addition, one recliner does not fully extend. There is no way these defects should be present after just a few months.
