I couldn’t even get it flat
Once I took it out of the wrapping, it took two of us to get a full-size topper unrolled. It never actually puffed back up. I had to throw it away.

This product is a joke
Don’t waste your money. I feel sorry for anyone that bought this for full price. I am still having a difficult time wrapping my head around how awful this memory foam topper is. The product arrived in a half open box and was “packaged” in what appears to be kitchen plastic wrap. It looks dirty and dingy and used. Once “expanded” you can see lots of yellow marks that indicate water damage or exposure to the elements. I’ve bought similar products from other companies and have never had issues. I’m extremely disappointed that Macy’s would partner with a company with such poor quality products.

Do not waste your money.
It's awful that this item is being sold. it is an old, degraded and unusable foam that is wrapped in a kitchen cling film. when you unwrap, looks like a chewed gum. I feel really insulted by Macy's.

looks like old stock
Received package that looks like it was taped by someone in their basement. Foam itself looks older than the one I just threw away for replace. It is not orange it is pink sand and plain looks wrong. I don’t think I got the wrong product, I think it is just a horrible product. Got it on sell for what I tough was a great deal. Too good to be true I guess.

Dream Serenity Copper RX3
I was looking forward to my bed topper, but when it arrived I was very disappointed. It arrived in a cardboard box that was crushed in, it had a dirty piece of foam in the box, it was wrapped with a piece of cellophane and jammed in the box. There was nothing identify what it was or any paperwork with it. I ended up taking it back to Macy's and they were shocked at the condition that it was in. I was able to purchase a Bed Topper in the store and it's is very nice. Someone in your warehouse needs to answer for the first one you sent me. I have been a Macy's customer since 2002 and never had anything like that arrive before.

THE BEST!
This was a great buy for copper infused memory foam. Not that awful blue foam that is so stiff. This topper wins the cake. Cushy and soft like a cloud. Love it!

So I’ve had about two weeks to sleep on this, it’s not as firm as I would like it, but it does feel pretty good on my bad back. If you are a hot sleeper, I will let you know. This thing is like a little oven, we run the air conditioning in our bedroom about 61° in the moment I put my covers on I start sweating so I have to make sure half of my body is outside because it does conduct a lot of heat, it comes in the color white. I’m not sure why the color looks orange on my computer that obviously does not affect how it works. Just putting that out there if you’re expecting an orange item to come. It does come in a very large box it’s roughly 17 pounds keep that in mind if you have to move it anywhere. I had to go pick it up at our mail center and then haul it up a flight of stairs, that was super fun. I would recommend I like the memory foam feel to it

Better sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this product and started using it for the first time. I think this is a really good product if you are looking for something to make your bed more comfortable. I love this and have slept better since I received it.
