Great couch

This couch is very comfy and the electronics work well! One thing I didn't expect about it is that it gets very warm if you're sitting on it for a while, I enjoy it because I'm usually cold anyway, but some people might have a problem with it. We love the color (charcoal moss), it's much more green in person than in photos.

Uncomfortable sofa

When you sit on this sofa for a 5 min while trying it on that’s fine, but when actually lay down and try to rest, it feels uncomfortable. no back support when sofa is reclined. When you lay down horizontally on the couch, it feels like you are laying on a board. Not good!!!

Very nice couch

This is a super comfy couch that you can customize. Love it! Only negative is its listed as a grey and it looks dark green. I can still work with it.

Other poor reviews for this line are true.

Uncomfortable. Seat cushions are starting to break in and sink after only a few days. If you are < 5' 9", your feet will not touch the ground when you sit all the way back. No lumbar support. Large gap opens up when you recline. RETURN WINDOW IS ONLY THREE DAYS, not thirty, so now I'm stuck. Confusing what the 30 day window actually applies to. They also keep 15% if you do return it in time. I would stay away from Macy's for furniture and mattresses.
