This rug was dry rotted and created a terrible mess in our home when we received it. Macys refuses to refund our money! Three representatives told me they would have ups pick it up and would give us a refund. But then we were advised our request for a refund was refused. The last rep I spoke with told us to contest the charges with our credit card company. That’s a first for me!

Strange bumpy rug
This runner rug has unusual construction in that when you walk on it - you feel little bumps and strange things with your bare feet! I'm always barefooted in my house! Its a beautiful rug except for the little strange things in the pile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gorgeous & High Quality
I just bought this rug online a few days ago and received today. It is absolutely stunning! Over the years I have bought many area rugs. This time around I wanted to buy a more luxurious, high quality rug - 100% wool. I was not disappointed! I am amazed at the quality of the rug and how thick and comfortable it is to walk, sit or lay on -- all that and I still have not placed the rug pad underneath. I have a small 1/2" rug pad leftover from another area rug I cut and placed it underneath this new rug... it feels like I am walking on a cloud. The craftsmanship is excellent and the colors pop just like in the photo. I am extremely happy with my purchase and look forward to enjoying my new rug for many, many years come.

Rug infested with Carpet Beetles
Purchased8x5 in October 2016. In September 2019 used my new Roomba on the carpet. Carpet beetles were crawling everywhere. The Roomba does a deeper cleaning on carpets. I should have know that there was a problem on carpet,as it was turning lighter in the exact spot of where the beetles appeared in the last year. If you purchase carpet,please be aware and look for signs.

There are little sharp knots that cover the rug. You can't walk on it without having shoes. We also purchased the bigger rug, runner and smallest door rug. They all have the same issue. Please know we were using these new rugs to replace the old rugs - the same rugs. No difference. Ours were getting old and we loved having them so all we were doing was buying the same rugs new.
