Suitcase seems great but bad packaging

I haven’t traveled with the suitcase yet but it looks great. However, as other reviewers mentioned, I received the luggage already damaged with a scratch

Looks great but didn’t use it yet

My husband purchase this luggage to go with his carry which he loves but he did use it yet. We’ll summit a Review after our trip in March. The review are mixed on this product so we’ll see.
