Matress too hard

we woke up with a lot of body pain. The matress is too hard it was impossible sleep all night

Bad Mattress

Purchased this mattress for a daybed, expecting quality I associated with the Serta brand. Unfortunately, the mattress offers no suport, it's like sitting or reclining on a squishy marshmallow: bouncy and way too soft. There should have been some indication about the absence of firmness in the product description. I will be requesting a refund and accommodation for this purchase which has left me with back pain and very disappointed.

Worst Ever Mattress

This is the most horrible mattress I have ever had in my life and I am 62 year old. I never imagined close out sale meant used mattress. This mattress looks and feels like it has been slept on by several people. I will never purchase from Macy's again. Their quality standards are not what they used to be.

Concerned it won't last

One week in and it's already sagging some where the heavier person sleeps. It is not 9.5" and is not comfortable. I'm especially concerned it won't last... AND I was charged more than was shown on the website when I purchased (coupon didn't apply). So, I bought a substandard mattress and paid more than I expected for it.
