Love

I love this new mattress. I had been sleeping on a mattress that was way too soft and the passed and turned all night! This mattress is a game changer for me.

Registration

The mattress is fine… Very comfortable for being as thin as it is. Registration is terrible… My model number, 500784181–1010 did not exist in the registration and I had to pick a different number.

Superb Experience

Macy's kept me abreast of my delivery date/reminders. The delivery window was met with two efficient and experienced delivery drivers. The bed and foundation were as described, and the mattress feels quite comfortable/supportive. This bed is for a guestroom, but I will try it out myself. The 120 day "try-it" window that Macy's provides gives me assurance that I will be happy in the months to come as well as right now.

Sleeping like a Baby

This mattress is extremely soft, large and comfortable. When I lay on it, it sucks my whole body in. It’s a great mattress.

Sinking and lower back pain after 1.5 years

I loved this mattress for the first 1.5 years, but in the past year, I've been sleeping on either side's edge, where there's no depression yet. So, the mattress is only 2.5 years old, but I'm already back in the market to replace it :/ I weigh 115 lbs, for reference, and this mattress still formed a concavity where I've slept on the most. I wake up with the worst lower back pain I've ever felt (ofc I'm reaching middle age, too, so age is also a factor).
