Other occasion to buy:Ordered two of this item, one came with missing parts - organizer, address labels and warranty and instructions appears to be a used returned carry on. Bad customer service representative rude.

Macy resends returned item and sells as new,

I order two of this item, one came with missing parts - organizer, address labels and warranty and instructions appears to be a used returned carry on. Macy is out of stock and offer a return. I asked for a discount if I keep the item, customer service offered 15% off. The customer Service was not helpful, rude and sounded irritated that I made him ask his manager. Waste of my time to go to return at a store or UPS store 30 minutes away.

Save your back and shoulders, get this bag!

I was tired of lugging backpacks and totes through the airport, so bought this bag. Just took it on its maiden voyage. It rolls great! Sits well on top of my Away bag (carry on size but I always check it). Slipped perfectly under my seat. Well placed pockets, love the waterproof toiletries bag! They thought of everything when they planned this bag. I love it.

Great color and pack ability!

Perfect size and color is great! This bag will carry a week’s worth of clothing easily. Wheels roll smoothly and handle is a good height for taller people. I haven’t travelled with it yet so cannot say whether it stands up to airport handling or not.

Listed dimensions are wrong.

I have not used the suitcase on a trip yet, but it seems like good quality. My main gripe is that Macy's has the wrong dimensions listed. The overall exterior dimensions are H: 17.5 in. W: 14.5 in. D: 8.5 in as listed on the tags. Macy's lists just the exterior "case" dimension which would not include the wheels and handle but even those are wrong. I had already bought a Travelpro Maxlite underseater which is just a little big to fit under a lot of seats, so the listed dimensions for this bag sounded great and it looked the same. It ends up it is the same bag with just a different configuration inside the front pocket.

Perfect for short work trips…

I typically like larger pieces but this is perfect! I fly often for work and I don’t always need a weeks worth of clothes. This is ideal for work travel, it’s sturdy and flexible. While I love the smaller size, it STILL has room for all of the essentials. I am looking forward to getting the other colors in this piece. Perfect!
