HELP

The Store representative would not put this purchase towards my Macy rewards account because I do not use a Macys CC. Online will. The same week I purchased from Macy’s online a Brahmin tote and matching wallet. The wallet is the wrong print and style, shipped from a different location, if they shipped together someone MIGHT have noticed the print was not the same. Called ASAP, no wallets to replace- I need to repackage and bring to UPS- no options No Mothers Day surprise gift I am returning all 3 purchases from Macys - very disappointed Thanks Macy 👎🏻

Confusion in store

hi, I was in the store earlier on 327 to purchase the purse via line from your employee in the morning and again in the evening and both employees had me in the store for one hour due to this purse trying to be ordered. The process should not have been confusion, but something has to be done because I wanted the purse and there was three transactions that would not let the purse go through one was cash, payment gift cards and credit and locked up the system, and I stood in the store for so long and each employee had to go to a new computer register to complete the transaction and this morning it says it’s canceled. It would not give us a receipt number yesterday, but she did give me an order number to follow up and that’s what I did this morning and is canceled
