Bad packaging

Quality was not what I expected. Packaging was poor the bag was bouncing around unpadded in a box not at all what you get when ordering from Coach direct.

Terrible online ordering experience

I can't really review this item because Macy's messed my order up. It took a long time to arrive, and when it did, inside the package was a man's shirt instead of the Coach handbag I ordered. Macy's did give me a refund for the bag I ordered. Still really disappointing.

The most stylish outgoing bag

I absolutely love my new coach bag. Love the feel of the genuine leather. However I am removing one star because I wish it had a chain strap, would’ve been easier to sling it on and off. One more thing. It’s pretty small, so keep that it mind, the length is the size of my hand.
