The hook on the strap keep coming loose concern I would loose the purse while walking

Defective bag

The bag arrived without all the pieces it was supposed to have. I promptly returned it. It’s too bad because it was very cute.

DAMAGED GOODS

The purse was damaged and it was embarrassing because it was a gift to my girlfriend. It made me look cheap and made it look like i purchased a knock off purse for her.

It’s an okay small crossbody bag to carry a few in

Okay small cross body bag to toss your phone, cash, cards and keys in. The coach tag fell off the second time I used the bag; it’s leather so hoping the bag itself holds up with use.
