Pretty watch

I ordered online. I am keeping the watch. It is pretty. I did not like that it said it could not be returned in store. I notice this on many items lately. I only like to return in store. I dont like mailing back for returns. If I had not already seen it previously in store I would not have ordered it blind without in store return. If a macys item does not offer store return I will NOT buy it unseen. I also do not like that from a whole year of being able to return items it is down to 30 days. Istill love Macys but not as much as before with these return dates and policies. Also when I brought the watch to Macys to be sized for free they did not do it because they did not have the right tool to size the band on a ceramic watch.I would have also liked the watch in a 38 size better.
