Life changing!

After trying 4 or 5 different probiotics, I've been taking this one for a year and a half. I'm now 63, and was often bloated, constipated, feeling like I was never all the way cleaned out, and felt not well. Waiting in the bathroom for the process was so annoying. It has changed my life. When I've stayed hydrated and not over eaten like a pig, I can "go" in 20 seconds or less. That is enough right there. But it has helped me feel healthier too. I'm not saying it'll solve all your problems. But as a post middle aged woman, if you're making a conscious effort to eat healthier (I still have dessert), walk some, lift some weights, this will help change your life for the better.
