Excellent

I want to be more intentional about my health and wellness in 2023, and Vitamin D is definitely a supplement I want to include! Vitamin D is so important, especially during the winter months when there isn’t as much sun. I love that this is a liposomal, and contains Vitamin B12. I’ve tested low in Vitamin D several times, so I’m looking forward to the long-term benefits!

Perfect Vit D supplement to go with morning cereal

I hate slowly digesting liquid Vitamin D pills so was looking for a good supplement in liquid form. So far this is the best one I found which also met my need. This one has no strong odor so easy to add to your morning cereal or smoothie.

Convenient and tasty
