I love that this Selenium supplement is liposomal. It is much better absorbed by the body, love the quality, no weird tastes, easy to swallow capsules. Made in the USA. I have several other supplements of this brand and I have to say I love Codeage supplements!

Love it

I started taking this selenium for my inflammation (advised from a neighbor), but I was also surprised on the results on my skin and nails. I usually take it in the evening and it doesn’t require food or anything. Also, it is very economical considering the potency!

Great value

I started taking this because I needed to supplement with iodine and selenium is required to begin first. These capsules have been easy to swallow and no funky taste. I have had some previously that just dind't want to go down! I also appreciate that this bottle is a 6 month supply so no need to keep ordering all the time
