Call Me Disappointed

I ordered the Bellport Bow Pump in Red, since they were sold out in the color at Cole Haan. What I received from Macy’s can be described, at the very least, as a huge disappointment. The shoes were in a “bare” box—no tissue for padding. None in the shoes. Literally thrown in a box that also had a hole in the lid. (I own a pair in another color, ordered from Cole Haan; these—any shoe, actually—received directly from the company come beautifully packaged.) The shoes from Macy’s are scuffed; there are fine scratches on the sole of one and tiny bits of debris on both. And to top it off, a receipt at the bottom of the bare box showing the name and shipping address (home address?!) of another customer, the receipt dated over a month before I made my online purchase. If Macy’s can’t do better than this, Macy’s has seen my last dollar.

Discount rate

I was happy with the shoe, however I got the first pair and it was big on my feet size, so I bought the other pair and returned the first one. I lost the discount offer I got when I bought the first shoe. Is there a way I could gain that again?

Power Red

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect fit! I sized up a half size bc of the point and they fit like a glove. Perfect heel for standing long hours and also fantastic cushion. Got lots of compliments and my recent speaking engagement. Highly recommend!

Get what you pay for.

They are a very attractive shoe. They seem comfy but I haven't worn them outside the house yet. Fit true to size and exactly as pictured.

Elegant comfortable pump

This shoe was purchased to be used as a neutral shoe for both dress and office. It is extremely comfortable with the heel height high enough for dress. I stand and walk a great deal always in heels and still felt pain free at the end of the day as it provides the necessary comfort and support. Highly recommend. Fits true to size. I wear a 9 B in pointed pumps and have many pairs of Cole Haas.
