The faux fur hood does not match the picture

The Cole Haan women's coat is my favorite, but the product I received is very different from the model picture. The faux fur hood does not match the coat, the hood is too bigger and I’m not sure what went wrong, but I can’t return or exchange it. What should I do?

Nice, but not work

It’s a quality coat. Unfortunately, I’ll have to return it because the hood is too big. It covered almost my face.

Cole haan belted coat

The coat is of excellent quality wool, with a tailored fit. The hood is detachable for warmer weather use. The lining could be a bit thicker, but with a light layer of under garments, cold protection should be sufficient. Overall this is a good buy cost for the winter.

Wool coat, with belt and hood, had everything I was looking for.

I had been searching for a wood coat, with a belt and hood for so long. I was so excited to order this coat. The coat fit is true to size but the hood is enormous. The quality of the material is off too. I just didn’t love it.

Coat is very nice.

I really like the coat. I just bought a size to small. So, I had to reorder the coat. Thank you
