What's the occasion for this purchase?Everyday wear

Too short!

Cole Haan is supposed to be a designer brand; however, I always order my shoes a half a size too big, but yet these boots were still too short. In addition, I wore them one time, and they caused me to develop lessions on both of my ankles. That being said, I will never purchase this brand again.

But little bit narrow so I got half size up.

These are so cute and comfortable but I have to return them because they’re too small.

Unbelievably wrong sizing

Based on other reviews which mentioned that they ran small, I ordered a half size up (to 8 1/2) in the Madeira color. The bottoms of the boots were stamped 8 1/2 B, but they were so small I couldn't get my heel to even partially squeeze in!! - so I have no idea if the toe box runs narrow or not. I measured them sole-to-sole against one of my own size 8 boots (similar style and heel height), and the CH were smaller by about 3/4". If I still wanted to get these boots, I would order 1 1/2 sizes up to 9 1/2, but right now that size is only available in black - and today they're $50 more than when I bought them. It's a shame, because otherwise they seem like well-made, classy boots, but the sizing is so far off that I would be very reluctant to recommend them.
