INCOMPETENCE !!!

I ordered these and had them expressed shipped for my business trip. When I opened the box, it was clear Macy's sent me a open box return from a previous customer. The box was taped up and inside the box was a completely different boot that had been worn by a previous customer. The sole had dirt in it and something spilled all over it. When I called customer service to advise them they refunded my money and initiated a return. However, she stated the boot I ordered was out of stock and was when I ordered. Thank you Macy's for "wasting my time" and not having boots for my trip!

great boot

loved the boots! nice classic looking boot. great quality! i have a wide foot and they were just too tight. so bummed they don't come in wide.

Great boot

Great quality boot that looks better in person. It’s made of stiffer, tougher materials so it doesn’t get baggy at the ankles, which I liked. I’m 5’2” with short legs though so it was too tall for me; it hit just below my kneecap.
