3rd party vendor disaster

Very disappointed, when did Macys start using other vendors to complete there online orders? Bad business. Then I go to return as this was not what I ordered, and not only do I have to jump through hoops as the bras were from a third party vendor, I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to hopefully receive my refund. What a terrible way to do business. Very umhappy Macys customer!
