I bought this pillow for so many years unfortunately the size is smaller and not good quality.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered two different countour pillows. They shipped two the same pillows, not what I ordered at all. I had a lot of difficulties to return it because there were not any packing slips, my order # of course didn’t correspond the pillows they sent. Thanks to the sells person, she spent a lot of time to figure out how to return my money. OK, sometimes mistakes happen. I order one contour pillow again. THEY SENT ANOTHER FLAT WRONG PILLOW 3-d TIME!!! Now I have to go to the store again, get troubles with returning again and spend at least half an hour staying there and waiting when they figure out how to return my money with this wrong shipment again! This is ridiculous. Shame on them. I’ve never got such a horrible experience. Do not trust this company!!!

Comfortable and cool

Comfortable and cool pillow that is firm enough, but not too firm! I have difficulties finding pillows that I like but this one fit the bill perfectly!

comfortable!

this pillow is very comfortable! I have tried a lot memory foam pillows but this one is the best. the shape is perfect for your neck, it is actually resting during the night. I would highly recommend it.

Finally, my neck and shoulders are knot free!

I bought 5 pillows looking for a pillow as firm and contoured like my discontinued one. This one was my jackpot. The contour has a high (I prefer) and low side, many others misleadingly had equal heights. The pillow is firm but allows your body to melt into it. After one night the knots in my neck and back were gone! As for cooling, I cannot comment as I keep my place cool, even in summer. Bottom line- I love this pillow and will never sleep without it!
