Easy to Follow & Excellent Results

I bought this book after it being recommended by a friend who is a nutritionist. It is working so well for my husband and me that we've shared it with family and friends who are now having great results, too. We never would have thought fasting would be so easy, or so easy to fit into our lifestyles.

Thorough and easy to understand

Dr Fung influenced me to start intermittent fasting through his You Tube sessions. The book goes into detail about the science and chemistry of fasting and foods. I have lost 19 lbs since May 15 (1 month ago) by following his recommendations. A true feat for a 71 year old. I do exercise and meditate daily and I do have lots of energy.
