Web ID: 172622882 didnt't work. Turns on & no steam gets produced
Bought one, used it once and then it no longer produced steam. Bought another because I thought it was just defected and the second didn't work straight out of the box. Isn't cheap either.

Saved the Italian wedding!
Definitely recommend for European travel. I was in a wedding and everyone else’s adapters and/or steamers broke or simply wouldn’t work, so this steamer was a workhorse that saved everyone from being wrinkly! The water tank is obviously not huge, but I was generally able to steam 2 garments before refilling.

Fully Different Experience
I brought it on a business trip and brand new. First time it had power under my watch with a filled water reservoir, smells of burning plastic.

Dual Power, good idea!
Seems like a nice steamer but came w/o the bonus hanger. I didn’t try it and returned it, found one a little smaller and lighter for travel. Has a nice dual power feature that you will need if going to Europe.
Does Not work
Bought this for the holidays and didn't try to use until recently. The machine will heat up, but NO Steam coming out. Try multiple things, but no use.

Doesn’t work
I received this as a bridal shower gift. Followed the directions and it did not steak. It heated up but no steam. What kind of junk is this? Now I have to return it.

Stopped working after only a few weeks
I purchased in late March 2025 and by late April after only a handful of uses, it was no longer working. I diligently followed the instructions for proper use and have tried reviewing them for troubleshooting tips but still, the product has not worked. I was just days shy of returning and have had so much trouble applying for the warranty on the conair website as it is tailored for people who buy directly from them and the forms to complete for non-conair purchases just redirect to conair purchase warranty forms. The water ran out quickly and it was quite heavy for potential future travel but still, it was effective so I am disapointed to write that it does not work.

Waste of money!
Purchase this to prepare for a wedding, and did not work out of the box.
