Love them!!

Fourth pair of CHUCKS!! I did find with this pair I had to use the lacer in the middle of the tongue to keep it from sliding - no big deal! As someone with an extremely narrow foot these fit me perfectly!!

Arun is 5 star customer service

I have shopped at Macys for many years now. I had an incident which was done incorrectly which happens sometimes. I was referred to Arun who is one of the managers. He is by far the best help I have EVER received in general at any store. I was treated with such respect and he was such a class act. He definitely went above and beyond to not only rectify the situation, but to make sure i continue shopping at Macys without any negative impact. I would refer him to anyone who is shopping at the Stanford Macys any day. He is the reason I am giving a 5-5.
