Pretty, but it doesn't work

It's super simple, Courant's wireless chargers are gorgeous, but they don't work. I bought 4 of them over the holidays and not one of them charges the devices in a straight forward manner. You have to sit there for a few minutes and move the phone around so their wireless current can find the phone. If it finds it at all. I even changed my case in order for the phone to align more evenly with this charger - that didn't work either. I reached to Courant and because it had been 2 weeks since the items were purchased they refused to return them, even though it was over the holidays and the whole game of gift giving is buying stuff early. I lost several hundreds of dollars on these.

Practical and attractive

I bought the charger because it was a perfect destination/catch all. Now everything is together...phone, keys, glasses. It is nicely crafted and is made well.

Contains Clutter

I love that this pad/organizer has eliminated the various cords, coin holders, etc. on the hallway table into our home. No worries about "where are the keys?" and "which charger did I leave my phone on?" The black is very elegant and rich looking. Putting the phone on this pad gives it a charge immediately upon arriving home. A great idea.
