unhappy consumers

bought two of these and slowly but surely noticed the speed was not blowing as much, and at speed 8 nothing, 7 was better but now they both aren't blowing, I'll leave them on and eventually they start but it's hit and miss, too late to return cut off was June. 89 bucks times two down the drain.
