Cristal D'Arques 10oz Stemless Wine Glass, Set of 12
Product details
Web ID: 10322621Very Disappointed
I already have a large collection of Cristal D'Arques Longchamp glassware. I have everything from tiny cordials on up to brandy snifters. I have always been amazed at the quality for a relatively low price. These stemless wine glasses don't even come close to being the same quality. They do not have the heft of my other glassware, and they are pressed glass--not cut. I will be returning them immediately.

Hi, Domi. In the past, our collections within our Cristal d’Arques Paris brand, including Longchamp, were made using 24% lead crystal. In 2008, we stopped adding lead to our crystal. The glassware we currently manufacture does not contain any intentional additions of prohibited heavy metals, including lead. This applies to our glass products made in the U.S., France, U.A.E., and China. We have been crafting glass tableware since 1825 under strict production and quality standards, and hope that all customers can enjoy their glasses for many years - Innovative glass for a better world. We stand by our product, and hope you will reach out to us at AINA.CustomerCare@arc-intl.com to provide additional feedback.

Longchamp glasses
I bought these long champ glasses for my granddaughter. I’ve been buying them since the early 90s as soon as I saw the box I knew they were not Longchamps. They are dull, hazy, and light . I would be embarrassed to give these to my granddaughter as a gift I will be returning them.. no comparison to the original long champ

Hi, Macy. Thank you for your feedback. The current material used for our Longchamp collection has changed a bit since its original launch when the line was made of lead crystal. The items in the collection are still the same thickness and made of durable dishwasher safe crystal glass, but minus the added lead. These glasses are manufactured in our factory to strict production and quality standards. We have been crafting glass tableware since 1825 and hope that all customers can enjoy their glasses for many years - Innovative glass for a better world.”
Poor quality. Small sized and very light.
Very small. Should have read fine print. More like petite juice glasses vs stemless wine glasses. Also very “thin” glass. Light weight. Would not buy again.
