Trim came apart after first wash

After first washing the white trim came apart and frayed badly. I washed on gentle cycle and it still came apart. It is a nice looking shirt and comfortable but obviously cheaply made

Getting smaller size

My chest measures 48". So whenever I order a shirt that's high end is 48 it ends up being way too small. So I sized up to the xl at 51 inches thinking it might be slightly loose but that'd be OK. It was huge, I looked like a kid wearing his dad's shirt. Would be a good size for a hockey jersey. Was quite long too, way too long. Long enough I had to double check the tag to see it it was a tall, but it wasn't. Will return it and see how the large fits. Other than that it looked like it would be a comfortable shirt.
