Disappointed

I purchased this oven at the end of November, 2024. The toaster and bake functions have been good, but I have yet to master the airframe function. The instructions for air frying are very skimpy, addressing mainly frozen fried foods. My chief complaint, however, is the poor quality of the included accessory, the baking tray, crumb tray, and racks. Given the price of the appliance, I expected them to be good grade stainless steel. They are some strange base metal that has a dull gray finish that peels off, and greasy stains cannot be removed. Now the tray is rusting! I’m not sure it is even safe for food use. My third disappointment is that the outside surface looks smeary and I can’t get it clean. I’m afraid to be very aggressive in trying to scrub it for fear it will end up looking like the baking pan. Upon scrolling through photos other reviewers have posted, it is evident the cheap quality I’ve seen is not an isolated case. Come on, Cuisinart. Make a good baking tray available. A stock pan won’t fit. I intended to add photos, but the app wouldn’t open. I wasn’t able to proofread my text either. I hope it doesn’t have too many errors.
