macy said the item is still in transit

My daughter bought this for me along with pearl necklace. I received it on Christmas, one of the pearls already fell off. I she called to do an return and was told that it’s still in transit. I’m so unhappy with this, she bought me two to choose so I can choose one, I decided on both. the quality must be cheap, I’m 74 yrs old. I don’t do much, my daughter seen the pearl on the floor. I highly recommend to skip on this ring.
