Chinese seller and shipper with failing grade BBB

This item is not sold by Macys. It is sold by Cupshe, a Chinese company. They ship the product by an uN known shipper with a failing BBB grade. My item has been stuck in Jamaica NY by the shipper for several days. There are many complaints about customers not receiving merchandise. I sure hope my order eventually arrives
