Deborah Lippman base coat is good quality, covers blemishes and supplies fine layer for the polish.

Deborah Lippmann base coat-

provides a nice smooth foundation as promise. well designed brush and great application as with other DL products. Not sure i "need" this in addition to a basic nail strengthening base coat though

I’ve been using her base for years and I highly recommend. Her colors last long and this base prevents my nails from discoloration after removing polish.
