Hopefully, 3rd times a charm.
I love this chair. However, the first chair I received was sewn incorrectly. Ashley immediately sent out another. The second chair is also defective. It wobbles. I now need to return it and get a replacement. I realize this is a manufacturing issue. If the 3rd chair isn't made correctly, I'm done. I will not accept a replacement. Starting to think they're selling manufacturing seconds.

Absolutely gorgeous chair!
The Cruz armchair by Madison Park is absolutely gorgeous! The color is unique but still blends into any decor or style, and the fabric is thick and sewn well. The chair itself is of ample size, made well, and is very sturdy. I have only one complaint, and that is that the cushion is only one-sided and can not be flipped, and I would prefer a two-sided cushion in case of accidental stains. Otherwise, this chair is perfection!

Beautiful chair have some help getting it inside
I received this chair and absolutely love how it looks. It’s the perfect color and the material feels like it’ll last a while. I included a photo showing how it looks out of the box. Be aware it’ll ship in one big piece with the legs under the cushion. This makes it incredibly difficult to pick up to take to your place if you live in a place with a mail room. It’s easily solved by making sure you have someone available to help!

My pretty but cheaply made chair.
I like the color and the size of the chair for my small space. It has a pretty hard cushion on it but that will soften I’m sure. The not so nice feature of the chair is that the cushion is one sided. I don’t understand why manufacturers do that. You are unable to flip cushion for even wear. I also changed the leg sliders to felt pads t stop it from sliding all over.

Stylish
This chair is so vintage modern and such a conversation starter! It’s sturdy and made of durable material. I like that the only assembly necessary was screwing the legs on. It’s beautiful and I love sitting on it to read or watch tv!

Gorgeous chair!
I absolutely love this chair! It’s vibrant, sturdy and comfortable. The colors are nice and bright, but not irritating to the eye. It goes so well in my living room. The assembly is also very simple and it’s lightweight.

Got a bad design chair
Macy's delivered the wrong chair – similar color but a different design. I'm extremely disappointed with this mix-up and their service.

Awesome Chair
Very stylish chair, somewhat tweedy textured upholstery seems durable, great color, the chair is firm but very comfortable. The photos don't totally show that the seat is pretty deep. I love it. Also it was easy to attach the legs, no problem. Its very sturdy feeling.
